When you think that item has become trash, think again. There is new life beyond the end of the roll and the last tissue.

          Facial Tissue Boxes
Keep your extra plastic bags tamed by stuffing them in an empty
tissue box. When needed, pull one bag out at a time.

Shower Curtains
Shower curtains make wonderful drop cloths for painting projects.

Toilet Paper Rolls
Childhood binoculars and megaphones are fun, but here are some grown-up reuses for the inner tubes from toilet tissue:

Extension Cord Organizer
Coil the extension cord then slide it through the tube making a neat organizer that won’t let the cord come unwound.

Hosiery Travelers
Keep stockings from snagging when you travel by rolling them up and putting them inside a used tissue tube. Just pop the tubes in your luggage and go.

Party Favors
Fill an empty toilet tissue tube with a small gift or candy. Wrap the
tube with decorative paper and tie a ribbon on each end. When each end is pulled the paper rips away to reveal the special gift. Use your imagination on what you put inside.

Fire Starters
Fill an empty paper towel or tissue tube with dried leaves then wrap it with newspaper. Leave enough paper on each end so you can twist the ends for easy lighting. These are great to keep handy by the fireplace, or to take camping.

Toothbrushes
Mini Scrub Brushes
A toothbrush is a handy tool for detail scrubbing. It is a whiz at
cleaning hard-to-get-to areas like faucets, and a perfect fit for tile grout.
