We can steer clear of some questionable day-to-day products by going natural. Try these alternatives.

          Deodorant
If you’re in a pinch for deodorant, dust your underarms with baking soda. It will absorb body odor.

Fingernail Fixers
Moisturize cuticles by massaging the nail beds with olive oil.

Whiten fingernails by rubbing their surface with a wedge of lemon.

Hair
Treat oily hair by pouring 1/4-cup white vinegar over it after you shampoo. Rinse with water and then dry as normal.

Makeup Remover
Gently remove eye makeup with olive oil by dabbing a little under the eyes with your ring finger and then rinse it off with a soft washcloth.

Shave Cream
Olive oil can provide a close, smooth shave for face, underarms, or legs. Use it in place of shaving cream.

Skin Enhancers
Exfoliate facial skin by applying a soft paste made of 3-parts baking soda and 1-part water. Massage gently with a circular motion, avoiding the eye area; then rinse clean

Treat dry skin by rubbing a thin layer of olive oil over the skin after a shower or bath.

Teeth
Brush your teeth using a paste of baking soda and water. This will make them feel cleaner than any store-bought paste.
