| Pick one or two resolutions from the list to help you get started with making a positive impact in the New Year: Walk, bike, or use public transportation at least once a week. Eat at least one "animal free" meal a week. (You can find lots of yummy recipes on line) Remove negative words from your vocabulary. Be kind to every living thing. Pay it forward. Look for the Good in things. Plant a tree. (Hug a tree) Compost. Use a reusable shopping bag. Use a reusable coffee cup. Use cloth towels to clean. Reuse. Recycle. Reduce what you "consume." Write a letter to your State Representatives or the editor of the newspaper regarding issues you feel strongly about. |
